Support got back to me pretty quick, I imagine they get ALOT of emails so its possible they didn't get to you yet because whatever the question was didn't seem very urgent or maybe it just got lost in the heap they receive , have you tried the help board for your question? GS support answers aren't automated someone has to actually read it and respond so a delay can be expected. I suppose your best bet is to just keep trying or take it to the help board.
