  1. Will you get the Tib bonus if you acquire a base in a location where you've never been on before? Say you're just outside this area and you acquired the base, located just inside this area. After capping, you're in said new area, even though you never planted a base in said area.

  2. You're over your worker count, try to plant a base in a new area, and press on the button where you spend Tib to get more workers to plant that base, since you could only build one at a time. Say you're holding 80 Tib, you're one over limit while a base is under construction (costing 120 to plant), and the Tib bonus in the new area is 41. Will you still be able to plant, with 1 Tib remaining?

  Answer to both is no....makes no sense to me but I never get tob for capping into a new territory.
