  how many do you have/are a part of and would it really make a difference? Sure, the base(s) can't be capped, but C4 would render them useless, yes?

  Keeps you in an area. Never be capped out of. Say youre from canada, like me. And say i have a few in other countries or continents. Thats a huge bonus because i wont have to worry about getting back there if ever im kicked out of everywhere else

  They can be disastrous if not properly locked down. Or if you don't have 40k agents. 😁👍🏼
