  Can I use tiberium to refill stamina. It gives you the option to refill energy for 25 when you haven't got enough for a mission.

  Yes you can.....click tib tab at top right and its at bottom of menu where you buy your tib.

  You need to update GS in App Store, then when you click on the tib icon in top right corner scroll down and you'll see a list to refresh health, energy, stamina etc.
