Cost to place a base?

  I am hearing that it depends on the amount of base limits you have... Then I am also hearing it is like turfwars where it depends on influence. Anyone know exactly?

  All i know for sure is the price it costs me now is too much. i wish i stockpiled tib and collected more from major cities when it wasnt bleeding the in-game-wallet dry.

  Base cost has a few factors:

  Size of the area (high TIB locations cost less)
  Number of bases you have (it gets more expensive as you expand)
  Number of bases already in the territory. (It's always cheapest when no one is there)

  This is all correct except it's worker count not actual base count.
