  When can I acquire this weapon? There are several weapons that I cannot seem to buy and I'm passed the level that would unlock them.

  Any ideas?

  These are "loot" items. This feature has yet to be implemented. They are prizes awarded for doing particular missions. They cannot be bought or unlocked at this time.

  Those that have them now were given them as a Christmas present by the developers.
