Scanning at level 30

  Ever since level 30 when I scan all I get is distribution centers and barely any agent upgrades why is this I'm on tier 3

  Try scanning at level 1 then

  It will change once your level goes up.

  No it doesn't. All I get are DC too. The balance of scanning returns has been out of whack since the beta. Once you get to level 30 it seems all you get are DC and the agent upgrades you would have gotten before you leveled up all but disappear. Needs adjusting soon or it's gonna be hard to keep "some people" playing much longer.
