  I believe level kinda like Don Protection, but you can still attack just at the cost of RP

  Thanks. I kinda thought that but then again I rethought it cause I know this game has more of an emphasis on influence rather than level and mob. If it is in fact because of influence though that would be great cause I know a strategy ...anyways. Well find out right.
