  I'm still kind of a noob and have a few questions. I've just taken over the city I live in and am wondering what the best way to secure my title is.

  Also, how do I get more workers?

  Last question, where/how do I get c4?

  You get workers by buying them with Tiberium. You also sometimes get one when you level up.

  You get C4 from scanning the map. Press and hold the button in the bottom left and select tier 2 for C4.

  To remain director you need to have the most influence in the area, either by building bases or squiring other people's. You need to add more agent upgrades to your bases to increase your strength and allow you to attack other bases
