    How do you get more agents?

    You equip agent upgrades to your bases. To receive upgrades you must scan. Agent upgrades include the armory(1 agent[tier 1]), private security(2 agents[tier 3]), and agent recruiting center(3 agents[tier 3]). To switch tier scans hold the scan button until the pop up box appears and then select the tier. All three of these upgrades take up 1 slot but have different rarities and can only be found on different tier scans.
