Timberum from new region

  How does it decide how much Timberum you get from building in a new region?

  I've seen it say that I would get 60 Timberum from this one city, and on another city about the same distance away (and the same population as the other one) it said I'd get 6.

  That is what I'm seeing too. The larger the boundary, the larger the tib bonus.
