Agents or inf?

  Should I build up agent upgrades of inf upgrades. I don't plan on paying cash here anytime soon

  I personally try to balance the two. Try to have at least 1 agent upgrade per base.

  I would say it depends on your style of play and maybe location. If you plan on being an aggressor to build your inf, you'll need agents to win attacks (and for retaliation defense). But if there isn't anyone around you to acquire bases from, then agents won't do you any good. You can easily find others on the dispute list (newer players) with less agents than you to dispute for XP and cash regardless of your agent count.

  I say at least 3 agent (recruiter) if you can per turf and the rest inf
