  I accidentally hit new account when I downloaded this on my iPad when I already have an account on my phone. I want the iPad to be the same account. Any ideas?

  Contact support ingame (support tab) or through support page in official website.

  I'm having the same issue and they havnt gotten back to me. It's been 48 hours.

  I did the same thing, asked for a reset and was told resetting is not supported at this time.
