When does it tell you who C4ed you?

  Sometimes I get the "The device's signature matched that of ____'s agents." But not always. Does somebody know what specifically causes that to happen? Is it random, or does it happen if some other event happens too? Or something else?

  What's causes this is good agents. if you send ninjas you get away with it. But if you send Krispy Kreme over there 👉😋🍩 then you will get caught.
