  Every so often it seems ill go to do a tier 10 scan and yet dispite being a high mastery on scanning been getting really poor resource quantities per catch. At best I can get 23-25 resources on a tier 10 scan. But as of this morning got only 7-9.

  Welcome to the club!
  Sometimes, I can get upwards of seven Warehouses in a single cache, and 30-40 resources per cache. And for some reason, that only happens like once a day. I always get at least one scan a day, around 10PM EST, that is just great. So now I always save a full stamina bar for this time, because I can always get over 1K resources or about 30 Tier 3 upgrades.
