I have 35R - but can't upgrade

  It says I have 35R, but when I go to a territory and try to upgrade it, it says "R: 0" down at the bottom and won't let me buy anything.

  Obviously a newbie problem...but, yeah...help?

  The R:0 reference is the total cost (in resources) your selected upgrades will cost once you click the build button. As an example, if you select two radars, you should see R:70 at the bottom. Provided you have sufficient resources, the build timers will begin and 70 resources will be deducted from your total.

  Note that once an upgrade begins building, you can not put it back in your inventory. Removing it destroys it 😎

  Yeah you've accidently selected another upgrade to build at the same time
