Need a bit of help

  Hi gyes.
  Every time I level up I get this new cool items showing up in "get items" but I still at level 30 (soon) i have just about half of the items in the list.
  What do I have to do to get them?
  Also, at level 30, what shud your attack /defens be at?

  The "cool items" are found by scanning. Weapons become available to purchase as you level up.

  Actually, they haven't been added to the game yet. The models and everything are there, but there is no way to get them yet.
