Scanning question

  At a tier 3 scan all I am getting is warehouses and distribution centers. No agent upgrades at all. Am I doing somthing wrong?

  No if u do 25 tier 3 scans your lucky if you get 1 or 2 caches with agent upgrades

  Well I'm lucky then all I get is private securitys.

  And the reason that's all you get is because your not level 30 yet at level 30 ur rate of getti agent upgrades plummets

  Yeah. Look at me. I NEED the Recruiting Centers. ALL I get are Warehouses and Dist Centers. I'm not complaining, though. I'm rebuilding bases from scratch. And a whole six bases gets me 2K Influence. Works for me.
